Do you want to be part of an amazing journey with exciting people? Do you have great ideas about making the trip more interesting and entertaining for everyone?

We have already over 600 members in our Facebook group and more people interested in to participate that we can fit on the train. That’s why we need this application process. Fill the application form below to get a unique chance to get on the train and travel to Shanghai World Expo with us!

Participants will be selected based on their answers to these two questions:

• What would you like to do on the train?
• What could you organize for other participants on the train?

In addition to the text fields below, you can upload a free-form application, which can consist of text, pictures and/or video. Remember to exclude any identifying information from the file so that it can be handled anonymously. We prefer applications sent in PDF format because they are the easiest to view, but you can also send multiple files in a zip archive (maximum 5MB). We encourage you to be creative with your application and show us how you could make our trip better.

After the application period our jury will go through all the applications and select the people who will be invited to the train. All invitees must then submit their binding registration and pay the participation fee (to be announced later).

Anybody can apply! There are also places reserved for guests and people outside of Aalto University.
